A recipe using Apple Smoked Marinade
4-6 oz. Apple Smoked Marinade
3 -4 lbs Pork Tenderloin
Directions: 1. Place pork in a large freezer bag, combine both ingredients and coat pork well. 2. Cover and stir or flip often. 3. Marinate for at least 8 hours. 4. Take out of the fridge 1 hour before grilling. 5. Preheat grill to medium high 6. Cook for 6-8 minutes on one side, flip and 6-8 minutes on the other. 7. Pull off grill and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. 8. Brush with additional Apple marinade before serving. 9. Serve with grilled summer squash and sweet potatoes.
