SHIPPING METHOD
Our goal is to provide all of our customers with prompt service. Generally, orders are shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed. We ship via FedEx Home/Ground and USPS Priority Mail for a package transit time of 1-7 business days. FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day are available upon request. Any orders using free shipping will not be shipped in multiple packages if there is an out of stock item on the order.
SHIPPING RATES
We currently ship only to the 50 United States and US military bases. Shipping to Canada is considered on a case-by-case basis.
The shipping rate calculator is based on the weight of your purchase. You can find the Shipping Rates Calculator in your shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code and state and click "Update" to estimate the shipping cost to your area.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately and we will respond to your concern as soon as possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every attempt to package your order to avoid damage; however, when shipping glass products via a parcel service, damage can occur. If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately and we will replace the damaged product. DO NOT consume any product if its glass jar is broken or cracked.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and security and appreciate you doing business with us. Your email address will never be sold, rented, or shared with any other company. You will not receive unwanted advertisements as a result of sharing your email address with us. Your email address is used simply to communicate with you about your website order(s).

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your credit card information. SSL is an industry standard protection that protects your credit card transaction by encrypting it.
BULK FOOD ITEMS
Our bulk food products are sold by weight, not volume, and are packaged in random weight packages. You will probably not receive the exact amount of an individual bulk food item that you order - however, it will be very close. We adjust the sales order based on the actual weight of the items in your package (but the total charge is never higher than you paid for at checkout). We pay strict attention to packing website orders accurately.
