Generally, orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days after receiving the order.
We ship via FedEx and USPS for delivery in 1 to 7 business days. FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day are available upon request.
SHIPPING RATES
We currently ship only to the lower 48 US states.
The FedEx and USPS Shipping Rates Calculator is based on the weight of your purchase. You can find the Shipping Rates Calculator in your shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code and state and click "Update" to estimate the shipping cost to your area.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately and we will respond to your concern as soon as possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every attempt to package your order to avoid damage; however, when shipping glass products via a parcel service, damage can occur. If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately and we will replace the damaged product. DO NOT consume any product if its glass jar is broken or cracked.
