SHIPPING METHODS
Our aim is to provide all of our customers with prompt service.
Generally, orders are processed and shipped in 1 business day after we receive the order. We ship via FedEx and USPS for delivery in 1 to 7 business days after shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
We currently ship only to the 50 United States.
The Shipping Rate Calculator is based on the weight of your purchase and the distance to the shipping zip code. You can find the Shipping Rate Calculator in our shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code and click "Calculate Shipping" to estimate the shipping cost to your zip code.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately and we will respond to your concern in a timely manner.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every attempt to package your order to avoid damage; however, when shipping glass products via a 3rd party shipper, damage can occur. If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately and we will replace the damaged product. Do not consume any product if its glass jar is broken or cracked.
PRIVACY
Kauffman's Fruit Farm & Market values your privacy and security. Your email address will never be sold, rented, or shared with any other company. You will not receive unwanted advertisements as a result of sharing your email address with us. Your email address is used simply to communicate with you about your order on our website.
