	Orchard Fresh Fruit – Full of fresh-from-the-farm flavor, our "Bird-in-Hand brand" homegrown fruit is sure to please. With a wide selection of apples, peaches, cherries, plums, and pears in season, there's something for everyone's taste at prices for anyone's purse. 	Homemade Orchard Products – Drink away your apple-a-day with a cup of our award-winning "Bird-in-Hand Blend" apple cider. Try samples of our fruit butters and take home a bag of dried apple snitz. 	Fresh Produce – Haven't visited our all-new and improved produce department yet? We think you'll be pleased with the expanded selection, ease in shopping, enhanced quality and freshness, and excellent prices.
	Fruit Baskets – Artistically created by our staff and on display throughout the Christmas season, these make great gifts. Choose from over 20 different arrangements or ask for your own custom design. Pricing discounts apply when you order more than ten baskets (employers take note!). We'll gladly make an arrangement upon your request anytime throughout the year. (We request two days notice)
	Gift Trays – These are filled with a variety of dried fruit, snacks, nuts, and/or candy combinations. They are practical and taste-bud-pleasing gift ideas and are on display in our market throughout December.
	Groceries – One of the fastest growing sections of our market, our grocery department includes specialty and hard-to-find items. Sure we're small, but we squeeze lots of products onto our shelves and we are anxious to please! Don't forget to check us out after April '08 when our planned store expansion should be complete.
	Deli – Our recent renovation and enlargement of this department (including deli meats, cheeses, and fresh meat) has proven to be one of the most popular market improvements in recent memory. Our clerks will answer your questions, slice items just the way you want, and much more. Don't forget to ask them for a free sample of a product you're interested in.
	Apple Dumplings – These dumplings are baked by a local Amish family (Arianna's Bakery) who use our peeled and cored apples as the main ingredient! We're hoping to carry a full line of baked goods from these folks after we enlarge our market in early 2008.
	Locally Canned Vegetables – All of the products in this section are canned by Amish or local folks and after that jar you take home is empty, you'll wish you would have bought two!
	Jams and Jellies – These are produced by a Mennonite family business and either the regular or sugar-free variations will please you very much.
	Little Barn Noodles – These are made by a Mennonite family right here in the PA Dutch Country and the old-time goodness is evident in every bite.
	Pasta – You'll find most every kind of pasta you've ever heard of here - and maybe a few you haven't. We buy in bulk and repackage for our customers' convenience.
	Nuts and Dried Fruits – You'll like the large selection in our nuts and dried fruit section. Better yet, you'll be pleased with the prices and the quality of these freshly-bagged-on-site products.
	Organic Products – This is a new department for us, and one that's been well received. We stock a variety of certified organic grains, pastas, dried fruits, nuts, snacks, cereals, and fruit juices. We're expecting this section to grow considerably after our 2008 expansion.
	Sugar-free Products – Here's lots of sugar-free -but delicious- products to try and enjoy. Of special interest in this section are several stevia (a healthy, zero-calories sweetener) products and over twenty kinds of sugar-free candies.
	Beans and Rice – This is a line that we expanded extensively recently, and sales of new products have exceeded our expectations. How 'bout some cheddar broccoli rice or ruby rice pilaf or green split peas, anyone?
	Oats and Cereal – Some of the best-selling items in our entire Bulk Foods department are rolled, quick, and baby oats. You'll also find granola, corn meal, instant flavored oatmeal, and more great breakfast foods in this section.
	Soup Mixes – We offer a line of home-style dry soup mixes for when you need a meal that's "quick" but also nutritious and tasty. You'll find a number of "no MSG added" versions here, too, as well as various dip and dressing mixes.
	Spices – You'll enjoy browsing our well-stocked spices section. The prices are competitive because we buy in bulk and the freshness and quality is top-notch! You can buy a "Guide to Spices" booklet here as well, to help you with the various usages for each spice.
	Baking Supplies – Everything you'll need for those goodies you're wanting to create in the kitchen - from syrups and molasses (some locally produced) to pancake and cake mixes to oils of various kinds - and more!
	Sprinkles and Toppings – Just what your cookies and baking creations ordered! Here at Kauffman's you'll find a variety - in both shapes and colors - of decorative toppings, especially in seasonal themes.
	Chocolate Coating and Cookie Bits – Our "break-up" coating chocolate (four kinds available) is manufactured in nearby Lititz, PA and we have lots of small or large pieces ready for you. Use any of our flavors of cookie bits for the very-best-of-all-home- made-fresh-from-the-oven-cookies.
	Hospitality Cereal – Great eating at a great price - that's the story on these great big (35 oz.) packages of Hospitality cereals. We offer twelve different kinds.
	Candy Bin – Don't miss our candy bin just inside the east entrance! You'll find it chock full with 35-plus kinds of candies (jellies, licorice, gummies, chocolates, mints, and more).
	Candy Twists – Just the right treat to tide you over from the time you spend shopping at Kauffman's 'till dinner time.
	Snacks – You won't want to miss visiting this section of tasty, unique, freshly-bagged, snacks. Something for everyone!
	Cookbooks – Needing creative ideas for food preparation? Maybe we can help! You'll find 65-plus titles including Amish, Mennonite, local, and specialty cookbooks available in our market.
	Lantern Books – Do you have questions about who the Amish and Mennonites are and what they believe? Perhaps a title on the Lantern Books rack could help you find answers to questions like these. You'll find a variety of children's, missionary, inspirational, and doctrinal books–many written by Mennonite authors.
	Fruit Trees – Doesn't the thought of growing your own fruit sound interesting... and delicious? We accept orders year round for top-quality fruit trees which arrive at our market about the first week of April. We'll happily assist in making just the right selections for your home, farm, or mountain property.
